I am truly content....I have everything I could possibly want...true love, great friends, a comfortable home, my health, and businesses that I enjoy immensely.

As perfect as my life is, I'm well aware that I am not, and that I have my flaws. So I'm always trying to evolve, and learn from my experiences and my mistakes. I try to live each day by being completely present, and by living in the moment, intuitively choosing my next big adventure. Becoming increasingly patient, loving, and forgiving. Which can be difficult at times, I admit!! Because I can be an extremely reactive person, if someone attacks me verbally, it's difficult for me not to bark back, but I never bite though. :)

Performing is my true passion. I'm very excited to have my own daily show at 202online.com. As much as I enjoy the limelight, I'm not the type that needs to be the center of attention all the time. Setting obtainable goals and accomplishing them, is just as important to me as dreaming...VERY LARGE, I might add. I never feel guilty about nurturing myself, whether it's self-pampering, buying myself a new outfit, taking a catnap, or a much needed vacation.

I know just how important it is to take care of myself, physically and mentally. Gyrotonic has helped me not only tone my body, but it has also helped strengthen my mind, rid my body of toxins and has elevated any body aches that I may have had in the past. I'm more at home in my body then ever before. Through this knowledge that I've learned about my own body with Gyrotonic exercises, and being a certified Gyrotonic Level I & II and a Gyrokinesis Level I instructor, I'm now able to teach others the same...and have healed many bodies in pain, and helped sculpt them to perfection. I eat any extremely healthy diet about 90% of the time, and the rest I leave for little indulgences, like red wine and chocolate, LOVE IT!

I am easily moved to tears. Whenever I witness acts of kindness, see someone accomplishing goals, or people expressing love, etc., I become overwhelmed with their joy.


I always try to see the humor in every day life occurrences...remembering to laugh at myself, trying to never take anything too seriously. I love living in Downtown SD with husband, Peter, and our dogs, Zuke & Zia. I know that I am truly a blessed person....life is good, very good!!
