The Energy of a Trillion Atomic Bombs in Every Cubic Centimeter of Space

When physicists calculate the minimum amount of energy a wave can possess, they find that (((every cubic centimeter of empty space contains more energy than the total energy of all the matter in the known universe!))). hmm ok. interesting : )

So I bought this cat health book from Goodwill the other day. Flipping throught the First Aid section, I came accross this : 0!!...I laughed for like an hour. Read the caption. Anyway, I hope the kitty in the picture is fake because I doubt it's having a good time.

The Holographic Universe

" Even a rock is in some ways alive, says David Bohm, for life and intelligence are present not only in all matter, but in "energy," "space," "time," "the fabric of the entire universe," and everything else we abstract out of the holomovement and mistakenly view as seperate things.

The idea that consciousness and life (and indeed all things) are ensembles enfolded throughout the universe has an equally dazzling flip side. Just as every portion of a hologram contains the image of the whole, every portion of the universe enfolds the whole. This means that if we knew how to access it we could find the Andromeda galaxy in the thumbnail of our left hand. We could also find Cleopatra meeting Caesar for the first time, for in principle the whole past and implications for the whole future are also enfolded in each small region of space and time. Every cell in our body enfolds the entire cosmos. So does every leaf, every raindrop, and every dust mote, which gives new meaning to William Blake's famous poem:

To see a World in a Grain of Sand
And a Heaven in a Wild Flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand
And Eternity in an hour. "

yum, I love science and spirituality.

ok ok....I couldn't help myself. I have to share because my dream of becoming an ass model has finally come true! You can find my ass (dressed in expensive jeans) along with others sporting the best in designer jeans today. Seriously though if your into jeans and hemp clothes you should check this site out to find great discounts. My friend started this business last year and just opened up a fashionvault store in Austin, TX on guadalupe (right next to the old Mojo's). check it out. Its a very small business. If you buy nice brand jeans, browse the website. You can also find some pretty unique shoes and accessories. I'd love it if he got more support. At least enough to earn a living wage. ; )

I must say....WOW! Burning Man is one of the most beautiful experiences I've ever had. I feel like I took so many pictures yet these photos capture so little of what was around me. I wish I had a picture of the little cupcake cars. http://s102.photobucket.com/albums/m115/iivanova/Burning%20Man%202006/

aaargh. No luck for rides yet. I just decided to give this one last try. Ok ....I can leave Tuesday night, Wednesday or Thursday . All I need is a One-way ride. I'll have nothing with me (just a back-pack) so I won't take up much room. I'm also considering getting to Reno and hitching a ride from there. If anyone has any friendly suggestion please let me know. -Ivelina

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a ride to Burning Man leaving in the middle of the week. I'm not going to have a lot of stuff with me (my friend is going to transport everything for me on Sat). I already have a ride back so I'm just looking to sqeeze in for the ride there. I'll be really happy to chip in on gas.

Thanks : )

>
>
>
>
> As seen in a cat's diary :
>
> Day 183 of my captivity... My captors continued to taunt me with
> bizarre
> little dangling objects.
>
> They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while I am forced to eat dry cereal.
>
> The only thing that keeps me going is the hope of escape, and the mild
> satisfaction that I get from clawing their furniture.
>
> Tomorrow I will eat another houseplant.
>
> Today my attempt to kill my captors by weaving around their feet
> while they
> were walking almost succeeded - must try this at the top of the
> stairs.
>
> In an attempt to disgust and repulse these vile oppressors, I once
> again
> induced myself to vomit on their favourite chair. I must remember
> to try
> this on their bed.
>
> Decapitated a mouse and brought them the headless body in an
> attempt to
> make them aware of what I am capable of, and to try to strike fear
> in their
> hearts. They only cooed and condescended about what a good little
> cat I
> was. Hmmm, that did not work according to plan...
>
> There was some sort of gathering of their accomplices. I was placed in
> solitary throughout the event. However, I could hear the noise and
> smell
> the food. More important, I overheard that my confinement was due
>
>
> to my powers of inducing "allergies." I must learn what this is and
> how I
>
>
> may use it to my advantage.
>
> I am convinced the other captives are flunkies and maybe snitches.
> The dog
> is routinely released and seems more than happy to return. He is
> obviously
> a half-wit.
>
> The bird, on the other hand, has got to be an informant and speaks
> with
> them regularly. I am certain he reports my every move. Due to his
> current
> placement in the metal room, his safety is assured. But I have
> patience, I
> can wait, it is only a matter of time...
>
>
>

I really do believe that all of you are at the beginning of a wonderful journey. As you start traveling down the road of life, remember this: There are never enough comfort stops, the places you are going are never on the map, and once you get that map out you won't be able to refold it no matter how smart you are! So forget the map, roll down the windows whenever you can, pull over and have a picnic with a pig, and if you can help it never fly as cargo
