Trance Dance is free style intuitive movement that allows the individual to connect with the body/SELF by dancing blindfolded. This active experience encourages one to free themselves from outer distractions and self judgments, and instead envelope themselves in breath, sound and movement to unlock aspects of the true self – the part of you that is destined to shine in the light because in has healed and transformed in the dark. Bring a bandana or blind fold & wear clothing suitable for movement.
